BARN DANCE is the creative outlet for Texas based artist Justin Preston currently located in McKinney, TX.  BARN DANCE designs and builds custom chicken coops, garden sheds, greenhouses, custom farm tables, lamps, lighting, store fixtures, and hand painted signs using reclaimed lumber, old world materials, and antique parts.

Justin studied art and film at UT Austin before pursuing a career in music, design, construction, and art education.  His fine art has been shown in galleries throughout Texas.   He has toured the US and UK as a musician, and his music has been featured in film and commercials.  He has taken his custom built camper on a US tour, and his camper work has been featured in Cool Tears magazine.  

The work represented here is  wide ranging and spans many mediums, but is tied together by a nod to the past, DIY, and reclaimed salvage design.  Work includes assembled art, paintings, custom construction, vintage inspired campers, reclaimed restorations, and a variety of hand made goods.
